Sailing companion: Accompany sailors. |
Be an experienced sailor with solid dinghy sailing skills. Racing companion: Be an experienced racer with good knowledge of current Racing Rules of Sailing. Experience with the Martin 16 ideal. |

Safety boat driver/helper | Ability to do some quick boat adjustments/repairs on the water. Harbour licence, PCOC and VHF license for driver. Canadian Power Squadron Boat Rescue training would be an asset. | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
Transfer volunteer: help sailors with their life jackets and assist them in getting in and out of the boats. | Prior knowledge of doing transfers with transfer lifts is an asset, on-site training will be provided. | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
Wheelchair valet: move wheelchairs off the docks during sailing and bring them back afterwards. | No previous experience required. Training will be provided as needed. | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
Boat rigging/derigging | Familiarity with basic dinghy rigging. | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
Yard help: hoisting or lowering sails, mast stepping, launch/haul out. | Ability to climb in & out of sailboats. Experience launching/prepping sailboats. | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
General support: Picking up fuel for the safety boat, helping sailors get in or out of life jackets, helping them to and from the dock, or other areas of the club. | Just a nice smile! | Monday - Friday 9am-6pm |
