Membership Processing

You are registering and can't get past the Terms and Conditions
This means that you are using an unsecure browser, likely Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is not supported or maintained by Microsoft. Please use Edge or Chrome. Note your information was saved as you entered it, so you can just scroll down to the bottom and Continue.

You register, but don't complete the process as far as payment. Then what?
Your info will be saved. Just start again, and go to the end of the form to complete the process.

Payment processing

You are registering, but don't want to pay by Paypal, and prefer to use a credit card. Then what?
When you are on the payment screen, click on the grey button that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". This will open a window for you to enter in your name, address, credit card number, etc.

You go to pay, but your credit card is not accepted

  1. Check your expiry date.
  2. Ensure your address matches what is on your credit card account.
  3. Ensure you card has no fraud alert/hold.
  4. Ensure your card has not exceeded the limit.
  5. If you already have a Paypal account with that credit card, and you try and pay with that credit card on the Paypal system outside of the login, you will get a fraud alert and it will be rejected
  6. Your email address is a required field, because this is how you will get a receipt for your payment. Ensure you use a valid email. If you enter an email address that is associated with a Paypal account, he will not be able to proceed. Use a different email address NOT associated with a Paypal account.
