First Look Friday: Friday, January 19, 1pm - 7pm - Marine Trade, Media & Public Preview Day.
Weekdays (22 – 26) - 11am to 7pm
Saturdays (20 & 27) - 10am to 6pm
Sunday, January 21 - 10am to 6pm
Sunday, January 28 - 10am to 5pm

Things to bring with you

  • A refillable water bottle - there are 2 complimentary water fill stations. Head to Heritage Court before entering Cottage Country and in Hall D Main Building on the south wall.
  • Snacks, lunch. The food court has food trucks. The lineups can be very long for food and so it is easier to bring your own food. Snacks is a really good thing to bring. It is a cashless facility, so if you are buying food or drinks, you must pay by credit card or debit.

Wear comfortable shoes.

Wear layers, there may be a draft as we are close to the loading bay doors.

Parking

If you come by car, there is parking outside, and inside underground parking. If you park underground, you can leave your coat in your car.

Accessible Parking

Exhibition Place provides a total of 88 accessible parking spaces throughout all of its surface parking lots and indoor garage. All spaces are located near the entrances to the lots and/or close to the pedestrian access points to buildings and event space. Regular parking rates apply. There is an elevator on the east side of the building near the accessible parking spots, that will get you to the main floor.

Hybrid and Electrical vehicles

There are 14 parking spaces provided exclusively for energy efficient hybrid electric/gasoline vehicles. You can find these spots near the accessible parking spots at the east end of the underground parking. There are electrical charging stations.

Wheeltrans Dropoff

Wheeltrans dropoff is by the east door. 

The Exhibition GO and TTC can get you right to the east side of Exhibition Place.

Bathrooms

There are many accessible bathrooms. Here are the closest bathrooms.

  • Near door A where you will come in and leave at the end of your shift.
  • Further west on the same aisle as the AST booth.
  • When you turn right to get to the food court, there are bathrooms on the right.

Lost and Found

There is a lost and found. The lost and found is in the show office - Salon 103, Hall A, off the Galleria Lobby. 

Coat Check

There is a coat check near the main entrance to the show.
