September 25th Able Sail Toronto and the Toronto Marine Police did a Great Lakes Cleanup event, with a cleanup at the waters edge around National Yacht Club starting outside at the NYC gates and going west. Two Toronto Marine Police divers went down along the seawall pulling up trash from the water. We believe in giving back to the great lakes that provide us so much joy, and it was also a fascinating opportunity to see the marine Police in action! We’ll be doing it again next September, 2026.

The Toronto Police Marine Unit' mission is to provide specialized marine law enforcement and emergency response to ensure public safety on Lake Ontario and Toronto's waterways.

Suzuki’s has a commitment to our planet Earth and it extends beyond design and quality excellence to ensure a pristine marine environment, it includes: Clean - clean up the world campaign; Reduce plastic packaging, Collecting Marine Micro-plastic waste.

Our love of our Great Lakes and our world oceans is shared with the Toronto Marine Police and Suzuki. To support this, we ALL want to have a positive impact on our waters locally.
