Irene McNeill – International Race Officer
The first Canadian woman to earn the title of International Race Officer from World Sailing, Irene has helped shape race management nationally. She co‑founded the LEAP program with three other women to encourage girls in sailing and has been a driving force in advancing women’s leadership in the sport. Irene is a proud recipient of the Order of Canada for her outstanding contributions to sailing.

Neil McNeill – Club Race Officer & Club Judge
Neil brings extensive on‑water experience, serving on numerous protest committees and excelling in his favourite role as mark setter. He works closely with race committees to deliver smooth, fair, and well‑run starts.
