The Annual Meeting is an important event for the Club each year, and allows the members to exercise their right to vote on motions & the election of Officers. To vote on motions, you must be a member in good standing.

Meeting Date: Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 1:00PM.

The Annual Meeting will be held online with meeting platform, Zoom.

In the event you are not able to attend the AST Annual Meeting a Proxy Form is available for you to download in PDF format. Sign this form and provide this signed form to a member in good standing. This authorizes this member in good standing attending the Annual Meeting to vote on your behalf.
